These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of our online store (the "Store"), which specializes
in selling vintage items, including but not limited to vinyl records, interior items, dishware, clothing, and electronics.
By accessing or using our Store, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

1.1. The Store is operated by Sodef studio™, registered at Ristiku tn 62-20 Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa,
Tallinn Harju maakond 10317 and contact email wecare@sodef.studio.
1.2. These Terms comply with the applicable laws of the European Union, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Products

2.1. The Store specializes in selling vintage and second-hand items, which may show signs of previous use.
2.2. Product descriptions and photos aim to represent items as accurately as possible. However, minor discrepancies may occur due to the unique nature of vintage items.
2.3. All items are sold “as-is,” and customers should carefully review descriptions and photos before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices are listed in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2. The Buyer accepts Stripe payment service terms valid at the time of the order, which can be found here︎︎︎.
3.3. Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. The Store ships to EU member states and other countries as listed on the website.
4.2. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
4.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
4.4. The Store is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen events.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per the Consumer Rights Directive.
5.2. To initiate a return, customers must notify the Store via email wecare@sodef.studio and return the item(s) in their original condition.
5.3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1. Vintage items are sold without a standard manufacturer’s warranty, as they are second-hand.
6.2. The Store ensures that items are functional and described accurately, but normal wear and tear consistent with age should be expected.
6.3. The Store’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. The Store collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
7.2. Data collected includes but is not limited to name, address, email, and payment details.
7.3. Personal data is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer support.
7.4. Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting wecare@sodef.studio.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact the Store directly at wecare@sodef.studio to seek an amicable resolution.

9. Amendments to Terms

9.1. The Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.
